Webshrines always scared me.
I read a ton of guides, but none of them ever felt like they were working at the level I was working at. Everyone always asked me to write a load of paragraphs with coherent thoughts.
I’m a simple creature, poisoned by the ability to say unhinged things in 280 characters or less.
So, let’s find a way people like me can make webshrines.

This was posted to an indie web forum I frequent, and I thought it was a super cool way to approach making a shrine! (Definitely gonna be linking it on my personal site.) Then I realized that I recognized your name, and remembered that I wrote for you for a fandom exchange. Small world! Glad to see cannibalism-enjoying indie web representation, lol
lmao WELL when I was developing this, I tested it by make a webshrine for one of my cannibal games ✌️
Huge thanks to the people who posted this on the forum tho and for promoting it on your site!!
as someone who has been thinking of making a web shrine for their site but didn’t know where to start/what to write this is v helpful!
I suffer from the MIRROR affliction to this where I cannot liveblog or microblog for the life of me, as I cannot express myself in anything less than a paragraph or two... But still I found this zine very instructive with lots of concrete tips to get me started, were I one day interested in making my own webshrines.
(Fun fact: my very first website ever was a Card Captor Sakura shrine to the Sakura x Tomoyo pairing.)
